Shop Policies

All items in my shop are individually handmade with natural gemstones and fresh water pearls. Some gemstones, pearls or items may show slight imperfections or colour variations. I hope you will see this as the mark of a natural material and a truly unique handmade item.

Ring orders

Custom plain silver ring orders take up to 2 weeks to be completed.

Custom gemstone rings can take up to 4 weeks to complete.

I highly recommend you either get your finger measured in a jewellery shop(most local jewellers will do this free of charge) or you can purchase one of my ring sizers (the small cost is redeemable with your first ring order).

In compliance to the Australian Consumer Law it is your responsibility to provide your correct ring size.

My standard resize cost for a plain silver ring is $40, rings with a gemstone set may require the gemstone to be taken out and re-set with extra cost (will be quoted if required).

 

Manu Scriptum custom orders

Manu Scriptum custom orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to complete from the time of order. A clear high quality photocopy or scan of your text is required before the process can get started.

The best result is achieved with black text on a white paper, if in doubt please contact me so I can confirm if your document is suitable for this process.

Payment 

All prices and costs listed are in Australian Dollars.

Payment can be made through Paypal using your debit or credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account!

 

Shipping

All “in stock” items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

“Back order” items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days as they need to be individually handmade.

Made to order rings and Manu Scriptum items can take up to 4 weeks to complete (as per details above) so please consider this before ordering.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage occurring while in transit.

All my jewellery is sent in an open gift wrap in the form of a jewellery pouch or box (depending on which is more appropriate) placed in a paper gift bag.

Standard Australia Post is my default option. Please note large envelope or small regular parcels are not trackable.

Signature on delivery is available if you would like a bit more safety for your parcel.

Express Post : next day delivery if you are in the appropriate Australia Post next day service area. Please note made to order or back order items still require 2 to 3 business days to be hand made prior to shipping.

– Extra cover for loss and damage, approximate cost for this cover is $7.50 (for up to $500 value) postage not included. If you would like to insure your parcel please contact me so I can adjust your invoice to include the correct amount payable.

International customers please note that it may take 2 – 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive! Please contact me so I can get the correct shipping cost for you country.

Customs regulations vary widely between countries so please check with your relevant authority as I cannot accept responsibility for any refusal of entry or fees and taxes for your purchases. Any parcel returned to me from Customs in its original condition will be refunded minus shipping costs.

 

Exchange and Refund

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 10 days of receiving your parcel to exchange or get a refund.

Please note Custom Orders including rings made to your size and worn earrings cannot be refunded.

Refunds minus shipping costs will be issued as soon as I have received your purchased item back in its original condition.

As I want you to be happy with your purchase I will do whatever possible to clear out any problem or issues!
